Overview

Serves: /featured-members (nid 63796) and its 11 cluster pages /featured-members/; /scholarship-recipients-all (nid 33817). Base page: /featured-members, copy as on prod 2026-10-14. Page kind: conversion (the route is “complete your profile”). All recipes

How to use this recipe: it shows a proven page shape, not a fixed template. Start from the closest recipe, choose the components that fit the content, combine them as needed and leave out what does not fit. Only the component rules are fixed: grounds, one gold element per viewport, heading order, marks and the rules on each component page.

Build it in code. The member cards are a copy of live user records (photo, handle, privacy). Generate the directory from user records; this recipe fixes the markup the code prints.

Sections of the base page (ground in brackets):

  1. Page head [soft]: H1 and lead. No button: the anchor nav follows.
  2. Anchor nav [white, compact band].
  3. Collections [soft]: link-card grid, one card per cluster page.
  4. Personal brand [white]: band head, one button, a fine-print line.
  5. Directory [soft]: band head, letter nav, then one group per initial: a group heading with its count, and a member-card grid.
  6. Build your profile [white]: steps (3), one button, a fine-print line.
  7. FAQ [soft]: accordion.
  8. CTA band [navy]: closing band with the disclaimer as its note.

Components: page-head, band, heading, eyebrow, anchor-nav, card (link), member-card (--links for two routes in a short list, --row in hs-member-rows for a long list), group-head, avatar --md, steps, qa --accordion, fine print, button, link, cta-band.

Rules:

Live page

Copy everything inside the block. HTML comments mark what the template prints and what is a placeholder.

Honor Society Featured Members

Honor Society Featured Members is a directory of public member profiles on HonorSociety.org. Meet the people sharing their education, interests, accomplishments, and goals—and explore the stories behind their names.

Let your personal brand shine.

A thoughtful profile helps people understand who you are, what you care about, and where you want to go. Add your photo, education, experiences, and goals to give your story a clear home online.

Keep your public profile complete and current for the opportunity to be considered as a featured member. Featuring is not guaranteed.

Meet the community

Explore featured member profiles

Browse 106 public profiles, organized alphabetically by first name. Select a member’s name to visit their profile and learn more about their background and ambitions.

Education and study details are drawn from members’ public profiles. They may include past or planned study; visit the linked profile for context.

Make your next introduction count

Build a profile that sounds like you.

Your personal brand starts with a clear, accurate picture of who you are. A complete Honor Society profile brings your education, experience, achievements, and ambitions together in one place you can share with your network.

  1. Put a face to your name

Add a clear profile photo and a short introduction. Share your interests, what motivates you, and the direction you want to take.

  2. Make your progress visible

Include your education, projects, work, service, leadership, and accomplishments. Specific examples make your story more useful and memorable.

  3. Share where you’re going

Update your goals and recent milestones. If you want your profile to be considered for featuring, make it public and share only information you are comfortable making visible.

After signing in, open your profile to review its information and visibility settings.

Featured members and profile FAQs

What is the Honor Society Featured Members directory?

The Honor Society Featured Members directory introduces members through their public HonorSociety.org profiles. Explore their education, interests, experiences, and goals, then select a linked name to read the member’s own account. This page brings the full directory together; the subject collections offer more focused stories and connections.

How do I find featured members in my field of interest?

Choose a collection in Browse by interest to explore related studies and career goals, or use the alphabetical directory to find a member by first name. Collections include healthcare, business, technology, the arts, education, public service, and other fields. Members can appear in more than one collection when their public profiles connect several interests.

How can I be considered for a featured member profile?

Sign in to your Honor Society account and complete your profile with a clear photo, a useful introduction, education, relevant experiences, and current goals. Review its visibility and make it public if you want your story considered for a feature. Specific examples help readers understand your contribution and direction. Completing a profile creates an opportunity for consideration; a feature is not guaranteed.

Can returning students and people changing careers be featured?

Yes. The returning to education & changing careers collection includes members who describe further study, a return to education, or a new professional direction. Honor Society welcomes students and professionals across fields and does not require a minimum GPA to join; see the membership requirements. A useful profile can explain how earlier experience connects to what you want to do next.

Are private profiles included, and how can I correct an entry?

This directory includes public profiles only. Sign in to update your profile and review its visibility. If a featured entry needs a correction or removal, contact Honor Society with the profile link and the change needed. Updating the source profile and requesting a directory correction helps keep both places accurate.

Does being featured mean a member has won a scholarship or holds a verified credential?

A feature introduces a member and their self-reported background; it is not an academic ranking, scholarship award, professional license, or school endorsement. Honor Society scholarship opportunities have their own requirements and selection processes. Read each member’s profile for the context behind their education, accomplishments, and goals.

Keep building your next chapter

Explore opportunities and resources alongside the stories of our members.

Honor Society® is an independent membership organization and is not affiliated with any other honor society. School names identify members’ self-reported educational backgrounds and do not imply institutional endorsement.

Notes

Changes from the prod page (structure, not copy):

Copy issues (kept as written):

Dynamic parts that need code:

/scholarship-recipients-all on this recipe: page head, anchor nav by award (8 links), recipient-story cards (hs-member-card--recipient, as in R1), then one band per award with two groups (“Scholarship recipients”, “Historical finalists”), each a group heading with its count and a row list (ul.hs-member-rows, li.hs-member-card--row): the name links to the profile, the school to /university/<slug>. See Recipients page. FAQ, CTA band. Remove the pasted <meta>, <title>, <main> and the 1023 empty paragraphs first.

The hs_mcp validator must allow (only if this ships as hs_html_page, not code): <nav>; data-section with a slug value; class-based styling. Drop decoding and the data-hs-member, data-hs-group, data-hs-cluster-navigation, data-recipient-name, data-record-status attributes: none is needed.
